Please bring your completed forms to one of the following sessions for new and returning students: 

Registration is in the commons. Choose one day to register. Bring your $75 instructional fee to registration to receive your schedule.

Early Bird Registration at CCA, Tuesday, August 1, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (drop-in)


Regular HCDE Registration Day at CCA, Monday, August 7, 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (drop-in)

Overture – NEW 6th, 7th, & 8th graders

August 7, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM “Overture” Orientation day for upcoming 6th, 7th & 8th students. Meet in the auditorium. Parents register students in the commons.

High School Orientation

August 7, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Please fill out all forms and turn them in at registration.

Registration Form – You will need to print out the form if you fill it out online. You may print the form and then fill it out as well.

Language Survey – English & Español – All families must complete this each year.

Occupational Survey – English or Español – All families must complete this each year. Please fill out completely (Questions 1 & 2 must be answered)!

FERPA: English – Please only sign this if you do NOT want your child’s picture or name listed in any school publication. (i.e. yearbook, honor roll, etc.)


              Español – Favor de sólo firmar esto si usted no desea que la imagen o el nombre de su hijo enumeran en cualquier publicación de la escuela. (Por ejemplo en el anuario, el cuadro de honor, etc.)
